Connection

Relationship with others is essential to a healthy state of mind and it takes work. My goal is to help you find or rediscover connections with important people to you. There's no doubt life is busy and chaotic at times, and it can be difficult to juggle different priorities. It takes examination and planning. My passion is to help people navigate those difficulties to live life to their fullest.

Love & Respect

It is important to respect and love ourselves. Sometimes it is hard to relay a message of respect when we struggle with it ourselves. I love to work with families in discovering their strengths to build upon. Working with children and teens in exploring their potential helps build strength. This is an exciting phase of growth to watch. Helping families celebrate their growth is a very rewarding to me.

Boundaries

There are times that boundaries need to be re-examined in our relationships with others. Exploring those boundaries is also an important part of counseling. How communication is delivered when setting boundaries is explored in order to see ourselves through another's eyes.

Energy

Caring for each other whether you are single or married takes a lot of energy. Sometimes there is no energy left to give others or ourselves. I can help with relaxation techniques and strategies to help bring rejuvenation into your life.
